Dr. Luther started out to be dedicated and knowledgeable in her field. My husband and I were both pleased and referred her to others. Suddenly she cancelled an apt and simply disappeared. We noted her lovely office was without regular appointments. Of the many times we went, only twice did I see another patient there. One of our referrals, who became a regular also complained later that she just disappeared. We first met and was treated by Dr. Luther while she was working in another chiropractic office who employed other chiros as well. We followed her to her newly established private practice. I went by her office when in the area, although her business sign is still up, her office is empty and being aired out. A true disappointment....I have Never encountered a professional who lacked total professionalism in the end. It was as if a "switch" went off within her. I bumped into her at an elevator at another business she said her cheerful hello and couldn't move away fast enough. It wasn't our account. We had excellent coverage and we paid our portion immediately. A total mystery. She treated our co worker in the same manner months later. She did not answer nor return phone calls. It is almost as if she felt trapped and didn't know how to get out of it? Most peculiar....she seemingly fell off. She did a total 180 baffling her patients. Four that I can attest to.
