I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
