I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
