It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.
