I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I expressed my concerns to Dr. Kulkarni about being hospitalized for the second time, but he did not take me seriously.I'm just another client to them. And yes, I went to the hospital for the second time like I had feared. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I also have an issue with their billing system. They do not send out statements every month which makes it confusing. I make monthly payments to them and they say I owe $140 to begin with. Next thing I know I have made several payments and should be almost paid in full. Well, they have added some other things saying it is now $136 when it should be around $20. These people are very unprofessional and rude when you question them. The whole operation seems crooked to me. Not to mention they say everyone should sign up for Lachip or some other form of government healthcare. As a taxpayer, that is a shame. This system is being abused. I recommend the Women's Clinic at St. Francis Cabrini.

They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Their staff is friendly and professional. They have good customer service. They put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The office was easy enough to find, and the nurses were very polite.
