Some of my questions were answered, but I wish they had been a little bit more forthcoming. I was not satisfied with my time spent with this counselor. I believe they tried to help me but it just didn't work.. There sure was a line to get help at the reception desk. I think they could definitely improve their service with more staff. The waiting room furniture looked mostly clean. I
