Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. Lynn in the pharmacy is the only one that seems to genuinely care about my son's mental health. Teresa on the other hand goes out of her way to mess up the appointments. She can't do basic math. She gives us 30 days of pills and then schedules the next appointment 31-36 days out. Logic dictates 30 days of pills will last only 30 days. I thought you had to had basic math skills to be a pharmacy technician. I miss Lynn. She hasn't been there the last few times. Lynn always acted like she was glad to see us. she would ask how we were. She would dig through the schedule to find the best appointment for us and she would never ever allow my son to run out of meds. I'm in the process of looking for a different clinic. One day I saw a poor woman come for an appointment and she left without her meds because they wouldn't let her see the doctor. This clinic is horrible. If you can its best to find another clinic.
