They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.
