I love Dr. Rubenstein and his staff! They are all very kind, compassionate, helpful and friendly. It's very low-key in the office, and I always find myself immersed in a tale or two (no pun intended! ) about the lives of the other patients waiting. Dr. R is diligent and efficient. You can tell he truly cares about the welfare of each animal that comes in. I continually refer people here for any and all of their pet's needs!
My only hardship there is that I've had to follow up weekly for my 16yr old kitty's particularly stubborn and baffling skin infection, and it's really been hard on my pocket book.The definitive test was just out of my range of funds. Especially in the face of the covid lay-offs.
I wish they offered some kind of frequent flyer discount, or perhaps a punch card? Having said that tho, cost for service there is the most reasonable in town! And Dr. is great about laying out the facts and options in the most cost effective way possible to save the pet owners' money.
