Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I don't care about magazines, I care about the health and welfare of my pets. I have been taking my cats and my dogs to Andre Thouin and Diane Adams for over 23 years now. They have always provided the utmost best care, both addressing my pet's ails as well as their recovery. in cases where they were unable to adequately address am issue - such as when my cats face was shattered in a fall - they referred me to the best specialists in my area, and Dr. Thouin still continues to monitor recover despite the fact that another surgeon had performed the operation.

If you're concerned about price - first of all it is my opinion that you shouldn't have pets if your pocket book will be an issue...I personally loathe people who euthanize a pet that could have been saved simply because a procedure was $$$ - Saybrook Veterinarian Hospital has always maintained competitive pricing for their services. Keep in mind that "competitive pricing" typically refers to an area within a specified mileage radius, compared to the veterinarians inside that circle.
