Four years ago, this vet gave our little shih-tzu two big doses of vaccine at once and almost killed her with a near anaphylactic reaction. Turned the dog over to us gasping for air with large hives all over. Barely saved her with iv bendaryl - no one had checked on her to see the reaction happening though it was immediately clear to us. Topping it off, this vet sent us a bill today for $78 she says we owe - from FOUR YEARS ago. No contact until today and we paid in full before we got out of there with our dog barely alive. What a piece of work. Roll the dice if you want but check your pet closely when you pick them up and expect a bill after a few years even though you already paid. Unbelievable incompetence, medically and financially. Too much Keys air?

I've never had to remind them who I am or what my pet's condition is, they remembered both of our names by the second appointment. They go out of their way to make us feel special and welcomed. I've never seen a vet be more careful or gentle than they were with my pet. My pet felt so much better when we left. When my pet had an emergency, I was so relieved when they answered my call right away. It's great to know I can count on them.
