I took my pom to her office this morning. He was not acting normal, he could not walk and was falling when he tried to stand. This came on suddenly and I had him to her office within 30 minutes. When I signed in I put on the slip that he could not walk and was not acting normal. We sat and waited about 15 or 20 minutes and then the receptionist told us she was about to go into surgery to do some spay and neuters. I told her it was an emergency that and she said we could leave him and she would see him after the surgeries. I think that is crazy when you have an emergency come in and you just brush someone off. We left and called Dr. Odom and he immediately saw my pom and explained the many things that it could be and wanted to keep him for a few hours to do blood work. I would highly recommend that you go to Dr. Odom if you have an emergency and completely bypass the aggravation of sitting in her office and being brushed off.
