I have been a patron of Animal House Veterinary Clinic. Dr Becky Senicz is very caring and professional. Anthony is also very caring, professional and kind. On my most recent visit to the facility, I took my cat (Sadie) for treatment. Sadie was actually a feral cat whom I had been attempting to rescue for several months, but she would never allow me to get close enough to help her. So basically, all I could do was to put out food for her. On Thursday, I found Sadie lethargic and barely breathing in my yard. So I picked her up and took her to Dr Becky who was very concerned and we learned Sadie's temp was only 94. Dr Becky contributed it to possible head trauma. She immediately began trying to warm Sadie, to get her temp up, and started an IV. And she kept Sadie overnight. On Friday morning, I called to check on Sadie, and learned her condition had not improved, her temp was still about the same. She had also experienced a couple of seizure type episodes. I decided to go see Sadie, and upon arrival and after discussing her condition with Anthony, I became certain that Sadie's condition was not going to improve. I was faced with making the sad decision to humanely end her suffering. Anthony administered the shot, and he was so kind and compassionate towards Sadie and myself (i had become very emotional by this time). I appreciate Dr Becky for the care she gave to Sadie on Thursday, and Anthony on Friday for all that he did. However, my experience with Linda and the other Vet who was there on Friday (I do not recall her name) was to say the very least, very bad. Linda was on the phone when I arrived, talking about a washing machine. She never greeted me, and never engaged in conversation with me. After about 5 minutes, she went and got Anthony. Still, she never said a word to me, immediately returned to her phone call. For about 10-15 minutes, after Anthony brought Sadie to me in a room, during the time I was holding and saying my goodbye to Sadie, I had to listen to Linda's rant about the washing machine. As I was leaving with Sadie (in a box), I addressed the other Vet, who was standing behind the counter up until this point, this was the only communication we had. I asked her to tell Linda (who was on the phone) that I hoped her washing machine got better. Perhaps I could have handled things a little different but I was hurting over Sadie's loss, and I felt that Linda had been quite rude. She showed no compassion for Sadie or myself during the entire process. I continued out the door both hands carrying the box with Sadie's remaiins, No help with the door was offered. But as I reached my truck, with Sadie, the Vet came after me yelling at me about the washing machine being broken, etc, etc... She stood there at the bed of my truck, watched me struggle with getting my door open, to set down Sadie's remains, and continued to unleash a series of words that meant nothing to me, considering what I had just been through with Sadie, and the fact that I was crying and clearly distraught did nothing to stop her continuous rant about the washing machine and how it was a necessity to have a running machine, etc, etc... She never once thought about or cared what I had just been through and the evident emotional pain I was in. All she was concerned about was making her point. I found her behavior disturbing and highly unprofessional. Not to mention totally Unnecessary. I won't be going back there anymore... Which is sad due to the fact that it's Dr Becky's business, and I truly do like her and Anthony as well... My patronage to this business is done, sadly not due to Dr Becky, or Anthony... but rather, due to the tacky actions and behavior and ego of the other Vet on staff there, as well as the rudeness of Linda.

I have used them for several years. My parents started taking our pets there.I have continued and will with any pet i have. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. All my concerns were put at ease when they answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. They go out of their way to make me and my pet feel as comfortable as possible. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
