Better advice can be heard at any local bar, seriously. Will say anything
so the session moves along and he is not required to do any real work.
Had no better idea about anything after seeing.

This therapist never did a proper assessment, explained treatment or
helped me understand my condition. There was no help as far as giving
me different approaches or methods to improve my mental health. Besides
listening to me and offering obvious comments did very little. Was passive
in his style. Would state just "change behavior " wthout giving me the tools
to do this. I have nothing against him as he at least let me vent my feelings,
but I would not recommend him to anyone.
