I have been seeing Kathleen for over 3 years off and on for different problems that I was experiencing. Every time I came for my appointment, she always remembered me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. She is so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love Kathleen. She is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that she will back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment with her. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong, she makes every effort to correct the situation. She is located in a safe neighborhood right down from the Mercy Folsom Hospital. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. If you are truly looking for a great psychologist, Kathleen is the greatest by far.
