I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
