They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so kind and compassionate, and explained my treatment's risks and benefits clearly and thoroughly. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
