I went to Immediate Care. It's a bit difficult to find the parking. We made 2 wrong turns before taking the right road. Receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. NP was nice, but barely examined me. Ordered X-ray. My rating is based solely on the 3+ hours of waiting. I was literally only with employees for 10 minutes in that period of time including check in, vitals, X-ray and NP. Immediate care will not be my first choice going forward, but they were one of the only local places open on the holiday.

I feel very comfortable with my provider. We always have good conversations and he explains everything thoroughly. Trust him 100%.
