I would have given this Doctor 5 stars if his office staff were acting more in a professional manner and respect the urgency of the patients calls. He may be losing another patient as a result of this. I called his office in Sherman Oaks twice today to get a referral for a chest MRI and the staff member (M...A) was superposed to call me back and I never heard from her. Now, I am wondering if I have a cancerous lump in my chest or not. I wish the office staffer was more concern about the seriousness of the calls she receives and relay them to the Doctor.
