They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
