They were court appointed for a divorce and child custody situation. One example of how inept they were was that I had daycare support, school support, supporting documentation for my son going to kindergarten, AND THE THERAPIST's SUPPORT! and yet still, with no reason except "No, I just don't want to" (because the schedule was supposed to change upon my son entering kindergarten) the therapist allowed the mother to overrule my and my son's desire to begin kindergarten. He has not had the desire to go to school ever since because of the delay and I work hard every time I'm with him to get him past that. They only intend to remain neutral between parents rather than take the side of the child.
