HORRIBLE, I was very specific about my son and the situation and why he needed therapy, the first apt available was a week out mid day so I pulled him out of school and I told them I would be doing that, only to be told when I arrived that they wanted to just talk to the parents first. I was told that she couldn't help my son but the other therapist could in a few weeks. So we made that appointment only to be called a week and a half later to be told that my son cant get EMDR for a traumatic experience because he is under 10. I am absolutely angry for them wasting all this time when I could have been getting him help somewhere else!!!!

Always professionally greeted. Important to find the right match for counselor with your needs and personality. Hours are limited - can be difficult to get appointment outside of 9-5 work hours.
