it is my belief this facility should be closed down. The staff member physically and psychologically abuse the children. The managers force children to go against their religious practices and coherse them with the state authority they possess over kids in state custody.
I witnessed a 12-year-old boy get raped by a 17-year-old because of the staffs negligence. they would be on their phones at night or out smoking a cigarette. Br Brent and Mr Chris's would bully the kids for their religious practices, body type, and how much food we ate. Mr Chris would target a kid for a day and sometimes a week and intentionally sabotage their treatment. If you got on his good side, he would show you porn on his phone and let you take a drag of his cigarette.
Mr.russtle would let kids use his phone and masturbait a member of my unit during his night shift. Ms.kita had sex with 2 residents that I'm aware of. Ms voul actually got impregnated by one of the kids and charged as a sex offender because the child was still under 18. Oh, and Mr Chris would flip kids out of their bed on their face to wake them up in the morning if turning the lights on didnt do the trick. Forget your "nose in a corner" complaint. I was forced to pull my pants down( they yanked them off if i didn't) to get inspected for cuts because I had known to self-harm, Mr Irving grabbed my pants and pulled them all the way down in front of himself and mr.brent. My confidential files were treated as a good read between the staff members and often used against you or to taunt the patient. I would sue this facility if I had the legal ability, but being in state custody at the time, I believe you're absolved of such rights.
