MEHAM is a ministry that caters to the need of those infected/affected by HIV/AIDS. Teaching Education and Prevention to at risk individuals. Also family members.
MEHAM support group meets every Monday night @7:00pm rm 219 education bldg.
MEHAM provides resources(when funds are available) to those infected with HIV/AIDS.
MEHAM provide referrals when we are unable to help an individual or family.
MEHAM provide information to assist one in finding housing and jobs
MEHAM teaches the doctrine of Jesus. Through prayer intercedes on behalf of others.
MEHAM counsels individuals and families , educating them on HIV/AIDS.
MEHAM encourages HIV testing.Provides information on where to be tested.
MEHAM host the National Week of Prayer for the Healing of AIDS first week in March.
MEHAM host Ministry programs to educate the community on HIV/AIDS.
MEHAM provides literature, brochures on abstinence and the risks involved with teenage pregnancy of contracting HIV/AIDS.
MEHAM visits nursing homes,hospices, streets, hospitals.
M.E.H.A.M has an HIV/AIDS onsite Information booth.
