A therapist from Oasis saw my children weekly for about 2 years and my son also had a behavior specialist he was supposed to see weekly; however, the behavior therapist was inconsistent and rarely saw my son as he was supposed to. I began to wonder if he was billing fraudulently and the day I called the office at Oasis to discuss this matter, the person who answered the phone was not only rude and unprofessional, but she hung up and immediately alerted the behavior specialist of my concerns instead of confidentially passing the information on to the appropriate person for consideration. Additionally, the therapist who had been seeing my children weekly for about 2 years called me that same evening to inform me that she was given a different job and would no longer be seeing my children. To say that I am disappointed in this place would be a complete understatement. The office staff is rude and unprofessional and concerns are not handled appropriately. Furthermore, they displayed an extreme lack of concern for the emotional well-being of my children. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. In fact, I will warn everyone I know to never deal with this place!!!
