I can see from this page I am not the only one who will never go back! This place has serious problems! I too had my animals there when Dr. Tom was there and it was great. Occasionally it was disconcerting when a tech would see the dogs only for me to have to make another apt with Dr Tom for him to tell me they were mistaken but at least there was some kind of supervision with an experienced vet. It is now no more than a vet mill.

Early this year Molly had an episode of sorts, I took her in. The woman who saw us took a blood test which was pricey for them. She told me Molly seemed fine, spent only 5 min with us and sent us on our way.

A week later Molly is sick to the point of not being able to walk. I take her in, yes a different vet. This one also took a blood test. Dr. Hall at least had us wait for the results. At which time she told me Molly had a serious infection that had been there quite some time. She said it was Molly's kidneys and gave antibiotics. When I questioned how the other vet missed this just the week before she only said: "your aware that vet no longer works here right?" As we were having this conversation in a very crowded office I kept quiet. Dr Hall also told me that if Molly did not respond to the antibiotics in three days it would mean dialysis.

I was very much left with the idea that if she responded she would be fine. There was no callback, no suggestion of further care that might be needed. Molly responded well to the meds.

a month later Molly had what seemed to be a lesser problem which you guessed it another vet, said it was an infection in her vulva. This gal spent 5 min with us told me she needed antibiotics and walked away. I had to chase her down to get more information and in the crowd was brushed off.

Molly's problems persisted when I was finally able to get her to a vet in the know kidney failure was in full swing and now Molly has only 6 months to live! I hold All creatures accountable. If there had been proper communication, supervision, and follow up Molly would not have to suffer this.

I encourage everyone to not be quiet anymore! Write letters to the administration of this place, hold them accountable in any way you can! Do not let them continue to harm other pets by neglect and being undereducated or supervised!
