Dry Harbor Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Facility is a place with very good customer service. My dad spent his last days there. The service they have delivered to him was excellent and caring to his every need. The nursing staff took care of his medical needs. The recreational department made sure that he had calming music and that he was taken care of with hair cuts and getting clean shaves. Everytime we visited he had a decent outfit on and a made up bed. The housekeeping staff had his room smelling fresh and the ambience was nice. He always seemed fresh and put together. The nurses made it their duty to check in on him in a timely manner. They treated him with dignity and made his last days pleasant. They were always ready to answer any questions we had as family members. And they also made sure to keep us updated on his progress in which ever direction it went. The doctor, therapist, nurses, CNA's and other staff did their best to accommodate us in any which way. Thank you Dry Harbour 4th floor personnel for all that you've done for our Dad, Mr. Mentor, and please continue the good work that you do every day!
