It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
