We are Galveston County's first and oldest Hospice Agency serving our neighbors in 1983. We provide hospice care in the home, nursing facility and hospital setting with a profession, medical team including physicians, nurses, social services, chaplains and bereavement support.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, although it is not the basis for acceptance for care.
