It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. More specifically, if you make an appointment, it doesn't mean by any stretch of the imagination that you'll be seen at that time. The office was easy enough to find. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest because they do braid hair very WELL. It can be a bit thight though. So if you're having issues with your edges-thinning or shedding then BRAIDEE BE WARE. The location in Portmouth needs a good cleaning. I haven't tried the location in Suffolk. I've gone to the location in Norfolk several times. The Norfolk location is usually very busy especially around "paydays" .

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The office was easy enough to find. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and got me in quickly every time. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The owner was rude to me. The braids were not the same size when completed. I will never go there again....
