I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Check their surveys the highest letter grade was D,E,F,G. Staff was very rude! They hired a sexual offender who was molesting several residents, nurses giving wrong medication, wrong doses. My clothes were lost/stolen along with personal valuables! All they care about is $$$$! Any other nursing facility is 100% better! Did you hear of the recent lawsuit? Curious how many more lawsuits did not make public information?
