They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

My mother was there for a few months, and while it was not home, they made it as homey as possible. She received very excellent care, and was always treated with respect and gentleness. I can't say enough good about them.

Springhill Manor is family owned. The staff has many years of training and very low turnover rate. They go out of their way to be helpful. They gave my husband marvelous care
