The staff was friendly and some were very kind. The place is definitely understaffed, however. There is a long time lag between the time that my mother presses her button for help and the time in which a staff member actually arrives. This worries me because some of her needs are quite urgent. Several times during my visit, we would ask for something like toilet paper or other essentials and were told that we would get it, but no one showed up to bring it. After two hours passed, I would walk down to the nurses station and ask again. They continue to bring a medication which she no longer needs and my mother continues to tell them not to bring it. I worry about those who are not lucid enough to catch this sort of thing. Overall, the staff is caring but very overloaded.

My mother asked for medicine and it took hours to get it. No nurse came by all day. They won't update her on her condition. They have not washed her even though she has a condition that requires cleanliness daily. We may file a complaint with the state of IN if they don't start acting like they care pronto.
