I only have this a one star because I had to rate it. It deserves no stars. This place is disgusting at best. Not to mention that the staff is completely unkept. Not to mention the amount of HIPPA Violations that I observed while visiting my father from out of town. The bathrooms are filthy with urinals on the ground and toothbrush is sitting on boxes. Nurses and AIDS smoking out front WITH the patients. I never observed any of the nurses or CNA's wearing gloves while dealing with my father.
