Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
