Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
