They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
