My mom stayed here after surgery and it was horrible. DO NOT use Cedar Springs in Cedarburg. The communication and coordination of services was non-existent. She asked for a shower/hair wash and was never given one in the 4 days she was there. The facility smells horrible and is very depressing. We tried to get her out after the first day but they would not allow it due to paperwork and insurance issues. She was supposed to get OT/PT 3 times/day but only received 2 PT sessions in the entire 4 days she was there, and these sessions didn't occur until her last 2 days. The PT's were excellent so if you can do outpatient PT here it's fine, but DO NOT stay inpatient here!!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
