As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
