He is nice. Staff was very nice. Takes time with you to explain any questions, but is one of those doctors that thinks that only medicine is the solution for everything. Does not stay current on alternative medications or latest practices "outside of the box", other than what drug companies and the AMA say. Several issues I brought up to him as seen on "Doctor Oz" referring to my particular issues that refute some AMA findings and practices and he was not up on any of them. (I looked this issue up online and found that this info was not "new" but had been out for a few years.) I get the impression he is not staying studied up because he is waiting to retire. I don't dislike him, but he subscribed to me drugs that had such horrible side-effects that were as bad as my issue and were so bad that I could not function at work, and trusting him I bought them. When I mentioned these side-effects to him, he knew them! So he knowingly subscribed these to me knowing that I was not going to be able to function at work if I took the medication that was suppose to help me? (loss of memory, super-tiredness, unable to focus, dizziness).... And he knew this?? I decided to self-medicate finding over-the-counter meds and vitamins along with diet that had better results, with no side-effects. When I discussed these things with him he was unaware of other treatments other than drugs. I do not have confidence in him, but he is the only doctor in my insurance plan that had an opening for new patients.. so there I am.
