Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. When my child ARD is pressing, they usually can't get them in on the same day, but I know they work hard to get us in as quickly as possible. I never have to wait long. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
