It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I do not like their billing dept. THey billed me for $20 which I asssumed I could pay at my next visit rather than writing a check and mailing. The next month they billed me for $40 which was the 20 + a late fee. Outrageuos. It is a pediatriican. If you have a kid under 5 you are in there every other month anyway.
