Dr. Jinks is excellent, but his staff is NOT the best. a) you might be in the network with him, but the staff at times send your lab tests to an "out of network" for testing. b) sometimes the staff does not send you the request results of your tests. c) Most all the time the staff calls you with the results and just say everything is OK, you have to ask for the print out to know what OK means, you could be at the edge and to them thats OK. d) The staff (people that draw blood, send tests out, do the billing or totally below par. Dr. Jinks a 4.5 star review his staff 1 star

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
