I was a patient of Dr. Archer several years ago when she was practicing in Round Rock, Texas. She was the first dermatologist to correctly diagnose a very rare condition I had been suffering with for years and helped me get follow up treatment with a oncologist/hematologist. She also helped me via the PUVA light treatment facility her office was equipped with (rare to find derms with PUVA capabilities in-house). Her exams were detailed, accurate and she always had a personable, outgoing attitude with a bit of humor which I appreciated. I have seen a number of dermatologists since Dr. Archer - some are better than others. I found Dr. Archer to have been the best overall, by far.

Extortionists! Once I started to pay the the amount that the insurance did not cover, I got a call on a Tuesday from the office stating that I had to pay right now in full or they would tack on $50.00. I said I would pay in full on Friday, but could not today. They said that the billing company should not have allowed me to make payments and this is why they want me to pay immediately. Do they not know what their billing company is doing. I laready felt like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered and nothing was accomplished when I left. I would never visit them again or ever recommend them to anyone. I was very disappointed.
