I've lost count of the number of times I've been transferred around between nurses and schedulers for both audio testing and a regular ent visit. Two times, my messages never received a return call. Long wait times while holding between transfers. Had to wait 2 months for a balance test from time of my initial dizzy problem. Nobody seemed too concerned. I was concerned since my job and my driving are affected each day that goes by that I am dizzy, so I was transferred out to another office to get to the testing quicker. Again, nobody here seemed to eager to help.

As far as the questions go here in the survey, my time with the doctor went fine, and the office was easy enough to locate.
