I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I was seen By Dr. Clarke for a second opinion for an injury that occured at work.

They took their time seeing me...
They took several x-rays mentioning to me that they screwed up and couldn't see what they wanted to see....the nurse mesured my leg to determine any atrophy and pulled the tape very tight against my injured leg to make sure my legs were semetrical. During the evaluation the doctor apparently didn't listen to me, because the report I recieved didn't really mention my chief complaint. He said I spent 2 tours in Vietnam...lol I wasn't even out of grade school...

My opinion based on the report I recieved?

This Doctor needs to pay attention to his patience. incompetence....He kept complaining, was almost rude. I can only hope that he really doesn't do surgery.
