I visited Coast Dental in Hudson twice in the last two weeks. I had a cleaning and a cavity. =( The dental hygienist Chrissy was super friendly and gentle. It was a pain free experience! Then I had to go back for a filling two weeks later. I didn't want novocaine because it was a small cavity. They let me have my way! He drilled and filled my cavity and I didn't have any pain! It was over quick and I went on my way without having to deal with that awful numb feeling. The dental assistant Otis and the dentist Dr. Ramirez were very personable and we had some good laughs about my choice. (We had a deal that I would smack the assistant and not the dentist if it hurt. LOL) Anyway a great experience! Even though the building doesn't look like much from the outside, the people inside are top-notch!

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
