I called 2 weeks before my appointment to re-schedule my appointment because I wouldn't be able to keep the current one.
The receptionist gave me the new date and time and I thought that was that. 4 days before my appointment someone from Dr. Chapmans office called me and said I needed to make an appointment for my 6 month check up because I was over due. I explained to her that I had a scheduled appointment in 4 days, she double checked and said my appointment was for the month before on the same date and time. Then told me it must have been a mix up. ( I never received a call reminding me either) My new appointment was set up for last Tuesday afternoon. I went and sat there for 50 minutes after my appointed time, when I went up to tell them I needed to go pick my child up from school I was told "oh I forgot you were here and we are running behind." This made me quite mad. I re-scheduled again for this morning , the card that receptionist Terri gave me said 11:40 am,I get there and was told I missed my appointment it was for 11:10. now I am really mad. I have been seeing Dr.Chapman for 29 years and he is excellent but I am now done with his office. the receptionists are rude and obviously are to preoccupied with to many other things to double check what they type into the appointment book and write on their appointment cards. I feel like she did this on purpose because I was pissed off about sitting and waiting so long.
I am saving the appointment card, because if I get a bill for not showing up I will be taking it into the office and raising some hell.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Id return for future needs

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
