Unfortunately, I go to the dentist at least 3 times a year. I have soft teeth and bad habits. The hygienists are excellent. The assistants are average for doting on patients--some patients need major sucking up. Nevertheless, they are respectful and competent. The dentist is generally busy. I've never been in pain and if I feel anything they deal with it or deal with my wrath. After all, it's my mouth and I say who goes in and does what. He explains as much as I want to hear and I'm sure he could talk all day about it. I don't need every aspect explained. If it's a filling on this tooth don't spend my time and money explaining for 10 minutes the entire procedure. I think he is efficient, knowledgeable, competent, compassionate and deeply involved with the community as much as an adult working father can be. Since I don't think you can get "5 stars" and be a dentist... I give him 4, his assistants 3, his hygienists 5, and the front desk 4.5.

i went to see dr holmberg and he was very short and rude with me. he loved talking about his vacation, his money and how important he was, all the while he did not remember my name,or ask me about myself and did not care or apologize after leaving me with my mouth propped open wide for so long and so many times my jaw hurt from staying open for so long. my biggest beef is he numbed me up on teeth that he never even worked on because " they had computer problems" they were confused on what teeth needed work! staff is untrained and doctor uncaring! i was already numb and went through the pain of the shots on teeth that did not need any work, maybe he needed the money to pay for his expensive vacations?. They offered mw laughing gas only to discoverthey had run out! hi soffice is nice enough to look at but his receptionist is scary and just plain simple minded, very annoying! she talks nonstop and does not know much about what she is talking about.i overheard the workers talking about one another and making fun of their clients. makes you wonder what they say about you! avovid this unprofessional office unless you want unskilled unintellegant people working on you, and then talk about you in hearing range of other people. the doctor needs to have skilled professional staff for the prices he charges because there is a high cost to you even after your insurance pays their part- email me if you have any questions- t.j.
