there is no better dds than dr millard Radford who is very concerned and eager to please each patient as an individual. dr Radford and staff are always professional explaining and discussing procedures with patient assuring all are on same page and allowing patient to know options of treatment. including awareness regarding insurance allowances and deductibles etc. so there's no surprises

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
